2012 - The Beginning
Ofem was established by Ofem S.R.L in 2012 by a team of professional technicians with more than twenty-five years of experience in the printing and packaging sectors.
From day one, we chose an innovation-driven path and recognised the need to modernise our processes as market speed increased. Areas such as procurement, technical support, customer journey and other business functions have shown significant potential when managed with an innovative approach.
Mission
Adopting a modern, agile approach that improves not only company management but also the broader production and commercial chain of flexographic printing machinery has always been our core challenge.
This goal has also allowed us to set a growth path for the entire Ofem team, because while change starts with people, they must also be supported and enabled to visualise the objective and become part of the business transformation process.
